Healthcare Uniforms

Healthcare Uniform Fabrics

Healthcare uniforms face a unique combination of demands. They need to be comfortable enough for 12-hour shifts, withstand industrial laundering at high temperatures, resist fluid penetration, and minimise lint that could compromise sterile environments. Most fabrics manage one or two of those well. Ours handle all of them.

Fabric Types for Healthcare

Our healthcare range focuses on Lint-Free fabrics made specifically for hospital and clinical environments where fibre shedding is unacceptable: operating theatres, labs, and cleanrooms. We also manufacture antimicrobial-treated Poly-Cotton blends for general ward staff, nursing uniforms, and patient-facing roles.

Available with fluid-resistant finishes, and optimised for repeated high-temperature washing without breaking down.

Why Lint-Free Matters

Standard poly-cotton fabrics shed microscopic fibres during wear and washing. In a hospital corridor, that’s a nuisance. In an operating theatre or diagnostic lab, it’s a contamination risk. Our lint-free fabrics are constructed to minimise fibre release, making them suitable for environments where hygiene standards go well beyond standard uniform requirements.

Who This Is For

Garment manufacturers producing scrubs, lab coats, nursing uniforms, and patient gowns for hospitals, clinics, pathology labs, and pharmaceutical facilities. Procurement teams at hospital groups sourcing fabric directly.

Certification

Our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification confirms that our healthcare fabrics are independently tested for harmful substances. That matters when fabric is in prolonged contact with both healthcare workers and vulnerable patients.
