Unitex Synthetics India Private Limited is a manufacturer of uniform fabrics, specialising in woven textiles for school wear, corporate wear, safety wear, and healthcare uniforms. Incorporated in 1993 and rooted in a family textile heritage dating back to the 1960s, we produce performance-driven fabrics under our flagship brand, Wocky Tocky, and supply garment manufacturers and institutional buyers across 19 countries.

Our Heritage
Our founding family entered the textile trade in the 1960s. That hands-on understanding of yarn, weave, and finish became the foundation on which Unitex Synthetics was incorporated in 1993, with the Wocky Tocky brand created specifically for the uniform fabric market. Over three decades, we have grown from a domestic supplier into an export operation serving customers across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Our continued growth has been driven by consistent product quality, long-term client relationships, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry requirements across global markets.
What We Manufacture
Our product range covers the uniform and workwear industry: Poly-Cotton (PC) for school and corporate uniforms; Poly-Viscose (PV) for suiting and formal wear; Lycra-blend fabrics for stretch comfort in modern workwear; PCE and PVE blends that combine polyester composites with elastane; and Lint-Free fabrics for healthcare and cleanroom settings. Each is available across a range of GSM weights, weaves, colours, and special finishes.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning our fabrics are independently verified as safe from harmful substances. This matters most in school uniforms and healthcare garments where safety standards are non-negotiable. Our systems are designed so that every metre matches specification, because even a small batch variation in colour, shrinkage, or weight can disrupt a garment manufacturer’s entire production run. Every production stage is monitored through strict quality checks to maintain consistency, reliability, and long-term fabric performance across large-scale orders.
